Rand Water
Rand Water is inviting applications from unemployed South African youth for a Public Service Administrator Learnership Programme. This is a contract-based initiative designed to provide practical experience and professional development in office administration and public service.
Key Responsibilities

Office Administration: Managing filing systems, records, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Document & Data Support: Preparing official reports, letters, and presentations, as well as capturing data into electronic systems (Microsoft Word/Excel).

Communication & Service: Handling public queries and complaints while maintaining professional customer service standards.

Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting scheduling, coordination, and minute-taking.

Operational Monitoring: Assisting in the monitoring of departmental projects and ensuring compliance with public service policies and regulations.
Eligibility Requirements

Education: Matric (Grade 12).

Specific Subjects: Mathematics (Min Level 4) OR Maths Literacy (Min Level 5); Physical Science (Min Level 4) OR Business Studies (Min Level 4).

Status: Must be unemployed, aged 18–35, a South African citizen, and must not have completed any post-matric qualification.

Integrity: Applicants must not be currently enrolled at any institution or registered on another learnership.
